FAQ
How do I access the Dashboard?
Open your profile menu (top right) and tap Dashboard, or tap your total balance at the top of Markets or Copy Predicting. The Dashboard shows your portfolio value, available balance, active positions, running copy bots, and trade history. From there you can sell positions, bridge funds between wallets, and manage copy bots.
Do copy bots run all the time?
Yes — while a copy bot is active, Hivy watches the trader you chose around the clock, day and night. When they place a trade, your bot can mirror it automatically based on your budget settings. The bot only runs while you keep it active. Stop it anytime from Active Copy Bots on Copy Predicting or your Dashboard.
Why does Kalshi require identity verification?
Kalshi requires a one-time identity check (KYC) before you can trade. Hivy guides you through this with Proof when you use the Kalshi wallet. Polymarket does not require this step.
How can I add or move money?
Tap Fund to add money. You can deposit crypto through Blink.cash — USDC on Solana for Kalshi, or USDC.e on Polygon for Polymarket — or pay by credit or debit card through MoonPay. Use Bridge to move USDC between your Solana and Polygon wallets. To take money out, tap Withdraw and send it to an external wallet you control.
How do I create a community and set fees?
Go to Communities and tap the + button. Choose public (anyone can view posts) or private (members only). Private communities can charge a one-time join fee as a fixed price for every member, or as a bonding curve where early members pay less and the price rises as more people join. You can also set an optional monthly or yearly membership fee. You choose the amounts; Hivy collects payments for you.
What fees does Hivy charge and how is revenue shared?
Community join and membership payments: Hivy keeps a 5% platform fee and you keep the other 95%. Profitable copy trades through your community: a 5% fee is taken from realized profit. Half of that fee goes to you as the community owner; Hivy keeps the other half. Direct trading uses the standard fees of Kalshi or Polymarket. Browsing markets, public communities and creating an account are free.
